Sales Leader, US

**Location: Tulsa, OK.  This is a remote position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK.**

We are developing a unified cyber solution for small businesses that provides holistic powerful protection for users, web browsing, devices, emails and cloud applications in a modern & cost-effective approach.

Our SaaS platform monitors all digital assets of the business in real-time and identifies cyber issues such as online fraud, insider threats, phishing, malware, ransomware, and data breach.

Job brief

We are looking for a high-performing, experienced sales leader to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

  • Leading direct sales campaigns for the SMB market
  • Planning, hiring and training of new Inside Sales Representatives
  • Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with distributors and MSPs
  • Setting quotas / goals and managing directing performance of the sales team

Requirements and skills

  • Cyber or IT background and strong business sense
  • 3+ years of managing sales within the SMB market
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently exceeding targets
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from lead to close
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
