***Location: This is a hybrid position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK.***

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Talent team as a Talent Partner. In this role you will build relationships with candidates to help make the perfect job match for both candidates and our clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Always putting people first, you'll develop strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and teams by partnering with them to understand their needs and achieve their professional aspirations
  • Full-lifecycle recruiting including planning, sourcing, resume screening, skills assessments, interviews, coordination, offer, negotiation, and closing. You will get to do it all!
  • Work with candidates to help find opportunities that match their interests 
  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality, energetic, diverse candidates
  • Keep candidates in-the-know with high-touch communication throughout the entire hiring process
  • Solve problems and produce creative solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and taking initiative when extra tasks needs to be completed
  • Identify innovative sourcing techniques that yield strong candidates
  • Excellent  attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Collaborate with a unique team of highly skilled recruiters in a team-oriented workspace

What makes you shine:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting
  • Experience working in a staffing agency environment or with multiple external clients is a plus
  • Your superpower is matching people with the perfect position
  • Experience working in an environment servicing multiple stakeholders concurrently with strong advisory skills
  • Passion for using technology as a tool to automate and expedite your responsibilities
  • Experience using sourcing methodologies to include: Networking, Referrals, Social Media Tools, AI tools and branding strategies
  • Speedy response time maintaining professionalism in communication with your team and your candidates
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and tasks with efficiency and a great attitude
  • Possess a “Growth Mindset” with a willingness to step outside of your comfort zone often
  • Highly, highly organized!
